Not quite the Bahamas
Hope cove was really warm, and I was determined to go for a swim in the sea - something I had not managed all year. But it was VERY cold and only managed about 1 minute underwater! Great ending to a great weekend though. Thanks Mark for organising, sorry about the sand in the car!

Great photos Sis, I guess I get the second post too! Just updated my own blog. Some photos of mum and James. Mum is a bit upset about leaving the little guy so she might need a phone call when she gets back next week. Best wishes to T.S. I think she should start a blog too.
P.S. Christchurch was rocked by a very loud sonic boom from a passing meteor yesterday! The factory where I work shook for several seconds.
